Q. How do I qualify?A. Participants must meet one or more of the following criteria's for eligibility: a recipient of SNAP, TANF, Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, SSDI, disabled veteran, unemployed, and/or annual household income of $25,000 or less.
Q. How long does it take to receive the device after approved?A. Once the participant meets the criteria, are approved, and the order is confirmed, the equipment ships in 7-10 business days.
Q. How much do I have to pay to participate in the program?A. ACE services are totally free for qualifying participants who meet the program's criteria and are approved.
Q. Can more than one person in a household participate in the program?A. In an effort to serve as many participants as possible, the program allows two registrations per qualified household during a one year period. After the year, a new participant in the household can apply and qualify for the program. The same participant cannot participate for two consecutive years.
